Expanding Horizons with MACI’s ERA Project – Night Shift Operations Launched 8/25/2025
MACI’s electric compressor (ERA) project has made great progress on day shift, with new models being added. This expansion drove the need for night shift’s startup in e-finishing, e-machining, and EZ1 (assembly), all of which began the week of August 25th, 2025. To successfully launch, many preparations were made company wide. The die cast finishing lines for night shift were approved for mass production starting August 7th, followed by the first EDZ1FH line on August 11th, and EDZ2 on August 25th 2025. As MACI continues ERA expansion, our commitment to quality is unwavering and we’d like to celebrate all involved Associates for their outstanding efforts for this launch, from trial runs to final line readiness!
